विदिशा जिला अस्पताल के मुख्य गेट पर एक महिला ने बच्चे को जन्म दिया. परिजनों ने नवजात को 25 मिनट तक चिकित्सकीय सहायता नहीं मिलने का आरोप लगाया है. मामले की जांच के आदेश दिए गए हैं.
