उत्तराखंड में एक फर्जी आईपीएस अधिकारी को पुलिस ने पकड़ा है. वो धौंस दिखाकर लोगों से पैसे ऐंठ लेता था. पुलिस ने कार्रवाई करते हुए उसे अरेस्ट किया.
