कोर्ट ने साक्ष्य देखने के बाद माना कि पहली नजर में अभियुक्त ने पूर्व में मिली स्वतंत्रता का दुरुपयोग नहीं किया. न ही वह कानून की नजर में जानबूझकर फरार हुआ था.
