मौसम विभाग ने हिमाचल प्रदेश के कई जिलों के लिए रेड अलर्ट जारी किया है. इस अलर्ट को देखते हुए कांगड़ा जिले में सभी सरकारी और प्राइवेट शिक्षण संस्थान दो दिन बंद रहने वाली है.
