जयपुर पुलिस ने आरोपी दुकानदार के खिलाफ पॉक्सो एक्ट में मामला दर्ज किया था. आरोपी ने सवाई माधोपुर में पीड़िता से झूठी शादी रचाई. इसके बाद से वो फरारी काट रहा था.
